the location is ideal, directly above a mall, making it super easy to grab a bite or shop. my room was spacious and clean, featuring a great shower and large windows with stunning views of the ocean and city. the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. access to various attractions like the waterfront and markets was just a short walk away, making it convenient to explore everything.

the location is unbeatable, with the suria sabah mall right next door, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. the room was more spacious than i expected, and it was clean and well-lit. the staff were friendly, and i appreciated the convenience of having large bottles of drinking water replenished daily. breakfast at the hotel was both delicious and affordable, making my mornings even better.

I had a pretty awesome stay! The location is super convenient, with Suria Sabah mall just downstairs and loads of eateries nearby. I loved the spacious room and being able to catch up on my favorite shows on the smart TV. Plus, the staff were really friendly, making everything feel more welcoming.

There were a few drawbacks. The humidity in the hotel was quite uncomfortable, and temperature control was tricky. The Wi-Fi connection could definitely use an upgrade too; I faced some connectivity issues during my stay. it was a great trip with room for improvement!

Hotel 7 Suria in Kota Kinabalu is a great affordable place with well-priced, big, soundproof rooms offering sea views. the location is particularly good, being close to a shopping mall and surrounded by nice amenities like bars, a cinema, and public transport. the staff at the reception are welcoming and friendly.
